Scope and organizer

This notice applies to registration, payment, guest management, event communications, and related event operations for the S.Suite event on Friday, November 20, 2026 at the Prince George Ballroom in New York City. The organizer and responsible entity is SALUTE Foundation.

Information we collect

We collect information needed to administer the event, including:

• Registration fields: name, email address, job title, company, meal preference, dietary or allergy information, accessibility requirements, and referral information.
• Registration and transaction records: ticket or table selection, payment and payment-status information, and related registration history. Stripe processes card payments; we do not need your full card number to run the event.
• Agreement and technical records: records of required consent, form submissions, security and anti-abuse checks, and technical records used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot event services.
• Information supplied for guest management: information a purchaser or table lead provides about included guests, and information that a guest submits when personally completing registration.

How we use event information

We use this information to review and complete registrations after verified payment; manage tables and guest invitations; plan meals and reasonable accessibility support; prevent fraud and protect the event services; respond to questions; keep operational and consent records; and send event-related transactional communications.

Event communications are sent by email. SMS is disabled for this event. We use information only as reasonably needed for event operations, legal obligations, and legitimate safety, security, and recordkeeping needs.

Who helps us operate the event

Access is limited to SALUTE Foundation staff who need information for event operations. We also use service providers that process information on our behalf, including:

• Stripe for payment processing;
• Supabase for event application and data services;
• Klaviyo for transactional email; and
• hosting, security, anti-abuse, and other providers needed to operate and protect the event services.

We do not sell personal information. We do not enable SMS through Klaviyo for this event. We may disclose information where necessary to comply with law, protect people or the event, or complete a transaction you request.

Retention and your choices

We retain event information for a reasonable period tied to event operations, payment and registration administration, security, recordkeeping, legal obligations, and resolving questions or disputes. We do not set an invented one-size-fits-all deletion period because the appropriate period depends on the record and the need it serves.

Depending on applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing ssuite@salute.community. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where required or permitted for legitimate operational, security, or legal reasons.

For accessibility or dietary information, please tell us what support you need. We use that information to plan reasonably for the event, not to make unrelated decisions about you.
