The event

SALUTE Foundation is organizing the S.Suite event on Friday, November 20, 2026, at the Prince George Ballroom in New York City. The event start time has not yet been confirmed; any confirmed schedule will be communicated through event channels.

In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “SALUTE Foundation” mean SALUTE Foundation; “you” means the purchaser or, where relevant, a person registered as a guest.

Registration & payment

Registration is subject to availability and is complete only after payment has been verified. Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not ask you to send card details by email.

You must provide accurate registration information and may register only people you are authorized to register. A confirmation or payment attempt does not override an availability, verification, or security review needed to complete registration.

These event terms are independent of SALUTE’s membership-specific Terms of Service. That separate document may apply if you use other SALUTE services, but it does not replace these event terms.

Final purchases, transfers & resale

Purchases are final except in the event of cancellation, duplicate charge, a legal requirement, or a written exception approved by SALUTE Foundation.

Ticket transfers and guest-name changes are permitted through November 13, 2026. Resale is prohibited. Please contact us before that date so that the registration record can be reviewed and updated where appropriate.

Purchasers and guests

When a purchaser includes guests in a registration, the purchaser’s combined agreement covers the purchaser and the purchaser’s authorization for those included guests. The purchaser is responsible for confirming that included guests receive the event information relevant to them.

A guest who is manually registered, including through a private table invitation, personally agrees to the combined Event Terms & Conditions, Event Privacy Notice, and Media, Photo & Video Release when completing their own registration. A table lead cannot substitute their own agreement for that guest’s personal agreement.

Event changes and respectful participation

We may make reasonable changes to the event program, venue logistics, speakers, or schedule when needed. If the event is cancelled, we will communicate the available next steps. These terms do not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

We want the event to be welcoming and safe. Please follow reasonable venue and event instructions and treat fellow attendees, staff, and partners respectfully. We may address conduct that materially disrupts the event or creates a safety concern.
