What may be captured

SALUTE Foundation and its event partners may photograph, film, and record audio at the event. Event media may include your likeness, voice, name, job title, or remarks if they are captured as part of the event.

Photography and recording may occur in shared event spaces, during programming, and in other areas where attendees can reasonably expect event documentation. We may not be able to identify or avoid every individual capture in a live event setting.

Your permission and the permitted uses

By agreeing to this release, you give SALUTE Foundation permission to use event media that includes you for event reporting, documentation, and promotion of SALUTE Foundation, S.Suite, and future SALUTE or S.Suite events. This may include use on websites, social channels, email, press materials, and other event or organizational communications.

We may crop, edit, combine, caption, or otherwise adapt the event media for those purposes. This permission is worldwide and continues after the event. No additional payment is due for these uses. We will not knowingly use your image or voice to suggest that you endorse an unaffiliated product or service.

Purchasers and guests

A purchaser’s combined agreement includes the purchaser’s authorization for guests included in that purchase, as described in the Event Terms & Conditions. Purchasers should share these event materials with their guests.

Guests who complete a private registration personally agree to this release as part of their own required combined agreement. That personal agreement is required before their registration can be completed.

Accessibility and privacy concerns

If an accessibility need or privacy concern could affect your participation in an event setting where media is being captured, contact us at ssuite@salute.community before the event. We will discuss the concern and consider reasonable, feasible ways to support participation.

Because photography, video, and audio documentation are part of the event, contacting us does not create a separate media opt-out or guarantee that you will not appear in event media. It is a route to raise a concern early so we can consider it thoughtfully.

What this release does—and does not—do

This release concerns the specific event media uses described above. It does not waive rights unrelated to those uses, and it does not change protections that cannot lawfully be waived. It does not authorize use of your personal information beyond the event purposes described in the Event Privacy Notice.
