Two ways to host.

S.Suite is intentionally designed around who is in the room. Hosting a table gives you the opportunity to curate your own group — colleagues, clients, friends, mentors, emerging leaders, or others you believe should be part of the evening.

Hosts are recognized as partners of S.Suite. After checkout you name your table and invite each guest, and you can send the logo or name you would like featured to ssuite@salute.community. You can see who has confirmed at any time, and edit guest details until November 13, 2026.

We encourage table hosts to think beyond filling seats. Bring together people who should know one another, people whose work deserves greater visibility, and people who can open doors for others.

The evening

A seated dinner and ceremony.

Dinner, the honors ceremony, and a keynote fireside conversation, together in one evening at the Prince George Ballroom. Ten honorees will be selected to form the inaugural S.Suite.

Portrait of Indra Nooyi

Introducing the inaugural S.Suite Chair

Indra Nooyi

Former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, PepsiCo

It is our honor to announce Indra Nooyi as the inaugural recipient of The S.Suite Chair — SALUTE’s lifetime achievement honor, recognizing extraordinary leadership, enduring legacy, and lasting impact.

As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo, she led a Fortune 50 company with operations in more than 180 countries, and was the chief architect of Performance with Purpose — PepsiCo’s pledge to do what was right for the business by being responsive to the needs of the world around it. Through board and advisory roles spanning business, healthcare, education, public service, and the arts, she continues to shape leading institutions.

Her impact has been recognized globally: 15 honorary degrees, India’s Padma Bhushan, the country’s third-highest civilian honor, inclusion in the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery, and induction into the National Women’s Hall of Fame. Her New York Times bestselling memoir, My Life in Full: Work, Family and Our Future, reflects on the many roles that have shaped her life — as a leader, wife, mother, and daughter — while offering a call to action on how society can better support women.

Her life and career embody what The S.Suite Chair was created to recognize: achievement at the highest level, and an enduring commitment to creating greater possibility for others.

SALUTE

South Asian Leaders Unite to Empower.

SALUTE is a private, professional network dedicated to creating impactful connections between South Asian women.

Our mission is to expand access, visibility, and connection for South Asian women and allies. Our members are executives, trailblazers, and pioneers who are shaping the present and influencing the future.

S.Suite

You can’t celebrate what you can’t see.

South Asian women have always been in the room. What’s missing is the spotlight. Recognition is how the narrative shifts — when we name greatness out loud, we make it possible for the next generation to imagine themselves there too. The S.Suite exists to make that visible.

Ten honorees will be selected to form the inaugural S.Suite. The nomination pool also powers SALUTE’s category lists — curated public spotlights featuring standout leaders beyond the final honorees.
